Battery Cables
I make these cables to replace the old and undersize cables that
come on these cars. These cables will help with the starting and
charging system, you will also notice brighter lights.
I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter
and ground cables, and 2 gauge copper cable for the alternator
and fusebox. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for
the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for
protection. I then install flame retardant loom and battery and
alternator boots. I supply new clamps for the starter cable to
frame and new battery hardware. I add extra length to the starter cable for use with the Corvette starter.
Upgraded Battery Cables for High Output Alternators
I am now making the following upgraded cables for use with high output alternators: Power cables are 1/0 gauge alternator cable, 1/0 gauge starter cable, and 2 gauge fuse box cable. Ground cables are 1/0 gauge engine ground, 1/0 gauge body ground, and 2 gauge frame ground. Cable sets are complete with loom and hardware. This is a must if you are using a 200Amp or higher alternator. I add extra length to the starter cable for use with the Corvette starter.

2 Relay Headlight Harness
This headlight harness will allow you to use higher wattage bulbs
without running the risk of burning up your factory wiring or
switches. Also this will turn on all four headlights when you
switch on your high beams.
I use 10 gauge wire from the battery to the 30amp auto reset
circuit breaker and to the two 40amp relays. 12 gauge wire runs
from the relays to the headlight sockets, wire is run through
a flame retardant loom for protection. All connectors are crimped
and soldered. All power and ground wire attach to the battery
to get the best possible connections.
My harness is a plug and play unit, no holes to drill or wires to
cut.
All wire is SXL grade, ,SAE J-1128, Relays are made in Germany

4 Relay Headlight Harness (Now pre-wired
for wig-wags)
I make this harness with 4 relay's and 4 circuit breakers, This
is the top of the line harness for your car. This harness gives
each filament its own circuit.
This like my other harness is a plug and play unit, no wires
to cut or holes to drill.
I use 12 gauge wire from the battery to each 20amp circuit breaker,
and from each 40amp relay to the headlight plugs. Wire is run
inside a flame retardant loom for protection. All connections
are crimped and soldered. All power and ground wires attach to
the battery to get the best possible connections.
All wire is SXL grade, SAE J-1128, Relays are made in Germany
